1. House Rules
No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if any).
No pets are allowed.
No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No unregistered visitors after 10:00 PM.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: From 3:00 PM
Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
3. Identification & Contact Information
A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) is required from all guests prior to check-in.
A valid phone number where the guest can be reached during their stay must also be provided.
Guests who fail to provide the required documentation or contact information will not be permitted to check in and may forfeit their reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy.
4. Damage & Incidentals
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
A security deposit of €100 may be pre-authorized or held and will be released within 5–7 days after checkout if no damage is found.
Any missing items, stains, or breakages will be charged accordingly.
5. Cleaning
Guests are not expected to deep-clean, but please:
Wash used dishes.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Safety & Security
Security cameras may be installed in exterior/common areas only.
Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers are provided.
Tampering with safety equipment will result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests must respect neighbors and the community.
Disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or policy violations may lead to eviction without refund.
Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and building rules.
8. Access & Keys
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €50.
Unauthorized duplication of keys or tampering with locks is prohibited.
9. Child & Accessibility Information
The apartment may not be childproofed; children must be supervised at all times.
Accessibility features are limited – please inquire if you have specific needs.
10. Liability
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected circumstances.
